Pre-Game: Game 126 - Milwaukee Brewers VS New York Mets

The Mets will look to avoid a 3 game sweep at the hands of the Milwaukee Brewers this afternoon at Citi Field. After coming back from a 7-1 deficit to take a 9-7 lead after 8 innings, Jason Isringhausen couldn't hold it as the Brewers scored 4 times and eventually won 11-9.

Taking the hill for the Mets in hopes of avoiding the sweep will be right-hander R.A. Dickey (5-11, 3.77). Dickey has struggled lately as he is 0-3, with a 3.91 ERA over his last 4 starts. In his career against Milwaukee, Dickey is 1-1, with a 3.21 ERA.

On the mound for the Brewers will be ace right-hander Yovani Gallardo (13-8, 3.55). Gallardo has been on fire as of late as he has allowed only 1 run in 3 of his last 4 starts. In his career against New York, Gallardo is 1-2, with a 3.68 ERA.
